Speedo Trip Meals: A buffet dinner has been arranged at the hotel for those who want it. For £9.00 swimmers/adults will have an eat-as-much-as-you-like choice of salad, pasta, lasagne, chips, pizza and jacket potatoes. The team will likely partake of a Chinese buffet for lunch before departure. This will cost around £10.00. Please be sure to pack loads of drinks for poolside too. |

All sessions are scheduled to run as normal over the Easter weekend and through the school holidays. Please check this site regularly though in case of any changes. The Thursday senior session at QE will run tomorrow (20th) but not again till school restarts. The Monday QE session will run throughout the holidays. Please see Emma with any queries. |

I am just writing to remind you all of the impending closing date for this year’s Offshore Camp to Cyprus . I need your deposit at the very latest by 31 January to book a space on the trip. If you can please advise me by email if your child intends to go. I have provisionally booked flight seats but I need to ascertain if I have enough. All cheques are to be made payable to FSCSC and the deposit is £100 for each swimmer. Any questions do not hesitate to ask and I look forward to hearing from you.

Please be advised that the venue for the AGM (Wed 21 Nov) has changed from QE School to Ferndown Leisure Centre. Though the QE facilities are better, too many members are unable to get there as their children are swimming at Ferndown.
The meeting will run from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Please be prompt as the Gun Club has the room booked after us and it may not be well advised to run into their allocated time.
The agenda for the meeting is attached as well as the minutes from last year's AGM. Hard-copies of the new proposed constitution, last year's minutes, the Chairman's report and the Treasurer's report will be available at the meeting.
